Circle:

Cmd: C

Technique according to radius of circle:

Press C and then Press enter or space bar specify center point give value       (2mm) of radius and then press enter or space bar.

Technique according to diameter of circle:

Press C and then Press enter or space bar specify center point press D (Diameter) give value (2mm) of diameter and then press enter or space bar.

Rectangle:

Cmd: REC

Technique:

Press RC then press enter or space bar specify first point and then press D (Dimension) specify length value (4mm) then specify width value (8mm) and then press enter or space bar.
